El Paso, Texas – Congratulations to the 2025 Sticker Contest winners!
“I Voted” Sticker Design Contest:
- First Place – Novalie Leone Fortenbery, 10th grade, Eastwood High School
- Second Place – Sofia Alexa Garcia, 12th grade, Horizon High School
- Third Place – Jamilet Margarita Garcia, 12th grade, Mountain View High School
“Future Voter” Sticker Design Contest:
- First Place – Sophia Salas, 4th grade, Coach Wally Hartley PK-8 School
- Second Place – Zoe Tarango, 6th grade, Alicia R. Chacon International School
- Third Place – Francella Belen Marin, 5th grade, Lamar Elementary School
First-place winning designs will be distributed to voters during the 2026 election season. The El Paso County Elections Department invited local elementary and high school students to showcase their creativity and promote civic engagement through the 2025 Sticker Design Contest. The “Future Voter” category was open to elementary school students and the “I Voted” category was open to high school students.
“This year, we received 162 submissions compared to the 68 submissions for the last midterm election year. We are grateful for the students who take the time to share their beautiful art with us and the teachers who continue to encourage their students to participate” said Lisa Wise, El Paso County Elections Administrator.

All first, second and third place winners will be honored and recognized by the El Paso County Commissioners Court on Monday, December 8, 2025.
